This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff on the reception were available at any hrs. The beds ended up cozy and the other guests had been normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Really pleasant hotel and excellent area. I Definitely recommend Novotel Zurich City West!

I have booked the room for 7 days with my fiance. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was constantly clean up. Staff members have been extremely handy and friendly and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Me and my partner stayed at Novotel Zurich City West for 2 days for holidays to checking out the city. Novotel Zurich City West is found in an incredibly central place, it’s clean and also the beds are very comfy! There is only one detail I might suggest heading ahead and that is to provide extra hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. In general, We were very pleased with this choice and would definitely endorse it to anyone wanting to head over to Zürich.
